It has been rendered in sustained chords with sequence of avarohan interposed in between since sustained chords are supposed to bring down the blood pressure. The music should be listened to in a meditative mood every day till the therapeutic effect appears. It may be continued for as long as period is necessary depending on the receptivity of the individual. It may be used along with any other medical therapy as advised by the respective physicians pilot studies using this music has been done on patients in several reputed institutions. It can be listened to by normal individuals for meditation relaxation etc.
For Heart Ailments based on raga Chandrakauns
The music acts on the anahata or heart center and produces a vibratory effect which mimics the rotation of the chakra patients with terminal heart ailments are advised to consult their physicians before using this. It does not produce any change in normal individuals except inducing a meditative state.
The existence of the circulation sex meridian on which this raga acts is recorded in books though the relationship between the raga and the respective meridian is the author’s own perceptions.
